REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES- FIRM SELECTION)
Assignment Title: Developing an Official Development Assistant (ODA) Information Management System at the Ministry of International Cooperation”

The Ministry of International Cooperation (MoIC) has received financing from the MENA Transition Fund (MENA TF) through the African Development Bank
Towards the cost of the Strengthening the Capacity of the Ministry of International Cooperation (MoIC),
And intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for hiring a consultancy firm for:
“Developing an ODA Information Management System at the Ministry of International Cooperation”
The objective of the assignment is to contribute to the development and advancement of Information and Data Management systems in the Ministry.
Amongst other aspects, the assignment entails conducting a situational analysis and developing a detailed implementation work plan
Based on a conducted gap analysis and needs assessment; developing, testing and implementing a result-based ODA Information Management System
To support the Ministry’s planning, operation, monitoring and evaluation functions; preparing the system’s user manual and conducting live training for potential users
And providing maintenance support
The Ministry of International Cooperation/ Building Capacity and Institutional Strengthening project,
Now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services
(Brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff. etc.).
Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria and establishment of the short-list and selection procedure shall he in accordance with the African Development Bank’s
“Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” (May 2008 and revised July 2012),
