Request for proposal for restoration, digitization and storage of rare books for the Parliament of the Arab Republic of Egypt
ADB/RFP/COEG/2018/0056
The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank” wishes to request for proposals for restoration, digitization and storage of rare books for the Parliament of Arab Republic of Egypt.
1) Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at www.afdb.org
2) Evaluation will be conducted based on technical specifications with the lowest price and in according to the following criteria;
3) Pass/Fail evaluation criteria
- Interested companies must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries
- The bidder shall have a minimum of three years’ experience with organizations of similar size
4) Technical evaluation
Bidders must be responsive to technical specifications as indicated in section 4 of the request for proposal.
5) Bidders meeting the technical requirements will be considered for pricing evaluation
6) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes delivered at the address below by Monday 7th May 2018 15.00 EET. The envelopes should be clearly marked:

7) The Bank will reject late proposals
8) Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of the selection process.
9) Any Clarifications should be received before 23/04/2018
10) Any amendment or clarifications will be provided through this address RDGE_Tender@afdb.org
The Bank shall organize a site visit and pre-bid meeting to be held on 23rd April
2018 at 10.00 hours at the parliament Building on the address below:
